How to make iced tea
1-Boil the Water: Add 2 cups of water in a tea pot and bring to a boil.
2-Steep the Hibiscus: Remove from heat and add 3 teaspoons of the dried hibiscus flowers in the tea pot.
Let steep for 10-20 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger and richer the flavor will be.
3-Strain and Sweeten:
Take out the hibiscus flowers and add sweetener while the tea is still warm, so it dissolves easily. Taste and adjust as needed.
4-Chill: Let the tea cool down to room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator.
Chill for 1 hour.
5- Serve:
Fill a glass with ice and pour the chilled hibiscus tea over it. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing iced tea!
