Smoothies - Hibiscus Berries smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed and chilled hibiscus tea (lightly sweetened, if desired)
- 1 cup frozen berries (like strawberries, raspberries, or a berry mix)
- 1 frozen banana (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice (if needed, for a thicker consistency)
Instructions:
- Brew and Chill the Tea: Brew hibiscus tea, lightly sweeten it (optional), and let it cool completely.
- Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine:
- 1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
