Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed and chilled hibiscus tea (lightly sweetened, if desired)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (like strawberries, raspberries, or a berry mix)
  • 1 frozen banana (for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice (if needed, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Brew and Chill the Tea: Brew hibiscus tea, lightly sweeten it (optional), and let it cool completely.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:

In a blender, combine:

      • 1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
      • 1 cup frozen berries
      • 1 frozen banana
      • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
      • 1 tablespoon honey (if using)
      • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
      • A handful of ice if you like it extra thick
  1. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the smoothie is creamy and well combined.
