Cocktail - Tropical twist
Ingredients:
- 1 cup iced hibiscus tea (chilled)
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Honey or sugar if desired
- Ice
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lime slices or hibiscus flowers (for garnish)
1- Prepare the Hibiscus Tea: Brew hibiscus tea as usual, lightly sweeten it, and let it chill.
2-Mix the Mocktail:
Crush some pieces of pineapple or mango in a shaker or mixing glass
And combine:
-1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
-1 oz fresh lime juice
-A handful of ice
3-Shake or Stir: Shake well (if using a shaker) or stir to mix and chill.
4-Add Sparkle: Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water.
Gently stir to combine.
5-Enjour your delicious hibiscus cocktail!
